I have been priveleged to support people of all ages through my experience as a trainer/assessor, digital literacy tutor, human resource manager and have experience working in schools, libraries and banks. I am patient and caring and can relate well to anyone, especially those wishing to learn and improve their skills.
About me
I am a qualified trainer/assessor (Cert IV) and have worked for Registered Training Organisations (RTOS) on the Fraser Coast.
I am an expert in vocational education and training and I have organised practical placement opportunities for my students, in the local area.
I hold a Certificate III in Business and have utilised my skills in the local community on a voluntary basis for many years in sporting and educational organisations.
I have delivered Tech Savvy and Digi Help sessions to beginners for the Fraser Coast Libraries.
I have experience with Human Resource Management including recruitment, career progression and skills development.
I have supported many people to gain employment and promotions by offering opportunities to grow their skill sets, take on more challenging activities and overcoming barriers.
I have worked in leadership and was heavily involved in the development and delivery of leadership programs.
I am an exceptional communicator and can assist people from all levels including school children and members of the community.
I am skilled at documenting outcomes and goals.
